Visas Canada - SUPPLEMENTAL FILING - $400*
Any number of life changing events occurring after the submission of a permanent resident application to Canada, such as the Federal Skilled Worker program for instance, may have a material impact on your case and will require immediate intervention before Citizenship Immigration Canada or other authorized agencies. In other situations, a life change may trigger or require a new venue for your scheduled interview.
Life changes in Canadian visas, which may be positive or negative to your existing application, include the addition of a spouse, birth/adoption of a child, divorce, death in the family, employment changes, employment termination, change in immigration status, criminality issues (such as a DUI) or a move to another country, to name just a few.
Should you or a family member incur a life event, contact your practitioner immediately. Following a private, scheduled consultation with your practitioner and if an additional filing is deemed necessary the following services will be included in a Supplemental Filing:
✔ Initial consultation to discuss the facts pertaining your case
✔ Preparation and assembly of supporting documentation supporting the life change
✔ Re-calculation of points assessment with report (Federal Skilled Worker, Quebec)
✔ Forms modification with updated details if we prepared forms in the first filing
✔ Direction regarding documents needed for the filing
✔ Legal cover letter outlining the change with applicable requests (such as a change in venue for the interview, a request to increase points, and so forth)
*Supplemental filings are inclusive for PLATINUM PLUS customers.
Applicable for all Canadian visas.
